How long are the modules?

It’s a six week group programme with a live one hour module each week.

Is this a group programme?

Yes it is, which will enable you to grow your network and interact with other senior women leaders and female founders too.

Who is the programme for?

This programme will help you if you are a senior woman in a leadership role, a business owner or female founder moving through peri-menopause, menopause and post menopause.

I'm not UK based but can I still join the programme?

Absolutely! Please note that the programme and it's supporting materials are delivered in English and the weekly modules are live, interactive and discussion based. Therefore you'll need a good level of spoken English to get the maximum benefit from the programme.
